Joseph Prowen trained as an actor at The London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA). Upon graduating, he won the Highly Commended Award at the Spotlight Prize with this speech from Chatroom by Enda Walsh. Since then he has worked in theatre, television and film.

He plays the violin, guitar, and banjo (see pic for evidence). He sings (tenor) and, if you ask him very nicely, dances (with 100% commitment). He also teaches acting, and speaking Shakespeare; he has taught and led workshops at the Central School of Speech and Drama, and Drama Studio London.
